Brian A'Hearn joined A'Hearn Plumbing & Heating in 1984 as a professional engineer registered in the State of Iowa and Indiana. Since then, A’Hearn Plumbing & Heating has been involved in many successful Design Build and Engineering projects, including the Westside Care Facility in Cedar Rapids, Village Place Senior Housing Project in Cedar Rapids, Multiple Mercy Care Clinics in the Cedar Rapids metropolitan area, as well as the plumbing and HVAC Design Build services for both Mercy and St. Luke’s Hospitals in Cedar Rapids. Arlo Wieczorek joined the A-Team in the spring of 2006.  Arlo holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering and Construction Engineering from Iowa State University, and specializes in AutoCAD and three-dimensional pipe and duct design.
